On our travels through India and Indonesia we have discovered some rare and antique batiks together with saris and genuine Sikh turbans. They are beautiful textiles in their own right and we're working with a technique called "silk wrapping" to lay the fabrics into the surface of the decks before sealing them under layers of resin. The result is an incredibly rich surface image which is then decorated with various overlaid shapes to create a unique one of a kind board.
